Orders 

We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). We may also collect information how the Service is accessed and used (“Usage Data”). From time-to-time our site requests information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis. You have full control of subscription upgrade/downgrade and cancellation simply by logging into your account at https://shbrotherhood.org/login  and clicking on “My Account” in the main menu.

Refund Policy

Our services carry a NO REFUND policy. If, for any reason, you wish to cancel, you may do so at any time, but you will not receive a refund for any services you have already purchased.

Guarantees/Warranties

Shed Haulers Brotherhood is primarily a community and sharing program and does not guarantee or warranty its services in any way, shape, or form, implied or otherwise, excepting on the occasion it is explicitly stated otherwise. Members are not guaranteed access or benefits from the Sharing and Loan Programs. However, there are also never any contracts or long-term requirements for members, excepting under Loan or Investment service agreements.

Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, blog posts, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the places this is shared and how it is used.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-­party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Shed Haulers Brotherhood. Shed Haulers Brotherhood has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Shed Haulers Brotherhood shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Organization

Shed Haulers Brotherhood is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization under the direction of six SHB-member elected board members, two board elected officers, and one president/CEO. All decisions, voting, day-to-day operations, and member rights and responsibilities are described in the SHB Rules of Operation, available on request. More information is on the Organization  page.

Tax Information

As a non-profit, membership and Sharing Plan fees are tax-deductible. Members will receive a statement at the end of every tax year.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 10 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Sharing Program Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) before using the Sharing Plan from Shed Haulers Brotherhood.

This service is operated by Shed Haulers Brotherhood ("SHB", “us”, “we”, or “our”).  Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Physical address
  • Credit card information
  • Other general order information

Subscriptions

This service is billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis. Eligibility

Only Shed haulers/owners and current, paying members of the Shed Haulers Brotherhood are eligible for the Cost Sharing Program.

Cost:

The Sharing Program is a monthly subscription with cost dependent on maximum share amount. (Four tiers, up to $50,000 in cost sharing)

Eligible Needs:

Sharing plans are for assistance with emergencies and emergency repairs.

Sharing Parameters:

  • Eligible for compensation based on pay plan according to budget
  • Require 3 references to fund
  • Must meet board approval - the board reserves the right of refusal
  • Member must be open to training/teaching material
  • Member must be committed to excellence and integrity
  • Member must be transparent. Needs will be published to other Sharing Plan members.
  • The SHB Admin team will strive to keep budget balanced at all times

Refund Policy

The SHB Sharing Plan Program services carry a NO REFUND policy. If, for any reason, you wish to cancel, you may do so at any time, but you will not receive a refund for any services you have purchased.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 10 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Investor Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) before applying to become an investor for Shed Haulers Brotherhood.

This service is operated by Shed Haulers Brotherhood ("SHB", “us”, “we”, or “our”).  Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Investment Terms

The SHB Investment opportunity is open to everyone - you are Not required to be an SHB Member to invest.

If you wish to invest funds through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Investment including, without limitation:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Physical address
  • Other general information

Investment Agreement

This investment opportunity is intended to pair industry leaders and deep-pocketed investors with members of the shed hauling community for business and equipment costs. All loans made within the investment program are available only to paying SHB Members. Investors are subject to board approval and will make a legal, binding repayment agreement with Shed Haulers Brotherhood.

Investor Eligibility

Anyone can apply to become an Investor and they do NOT need to be an SHB member. Investors will need to submit an application form and agree to the legal terms of the loan in writing. 

Investment ROI

  • $1,000-$9,999 = 5% ROI
  • $10,000-$24,999 = 6% ROI
  • $25,000+ = 7.5% ROI

Loan Recipients

Recipients are in the shed, or shed hauling industry and a member of the Shed Haulers Brotherhood.

Loan Parameters

All Loan Requests are subject to the following criteria:

  • Title Lien
  • Credit Check
  • Requires 3 references to fund
  • Must meet board approval - The board reserves the right of refusal at all times
  • Member must be committed to excellence and integrity
  • Must be transparent. Loans will be published to the rest of the SHB members
  • SHB Admin team will strive to keep budget balanced
  • SHB facilitated

Loan Terms & Conditions

This service is operated by Shed Haulers Brotherhood ("SHB", “us”, “we”, or “our”).  Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

About/Purpose

The SHB Equipment Loans program is designed to connect willing investors to shed haulers needing equipment. Loan approval, terms, etc. will be on a per-case basis.

Loan Terms

If you wish to apply for a loan through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Investment including, without limitation:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Physical address
  • Other general information

Loan Recipients

Recipients must be in the shed, or shed hauling industry and a member of the Shed Haulers Brotherhood.

Cost

Monthly cost is dependent on simple interest loan terms.

Loan Agreement

This loan opportunity is intended to pair industry leaders and deep-pocketed investors with members of the shed hauling community for business and equipment costs. All loans made within the investment program are available only to paying SHB Members.
